➳ Commissions are nonrefundable and you commission me on the understanding that you may not issue a chargeback on your credit card for any reason
➳Paypal sending fees will be covered by respective costumer
➳ Customers may request a WIP at any time
➳ If you are planning to use my art as merch or any other kind of business use (Twitch, advertisements, etc.) A commercial fee of 100% commissioned price will apply
➳ I reserve the right to increase price based on design complexity
➳ Extra characters will increase cost of commission by x number of characters
➳ Only commission me if you're certain.
➳ I have the option of declining the requests that I am unable to fulfill.
➳ There is no definite estimated waiting time, it varies depending on how busy I am and how many commissions I have awaiting.

「 VTube model commission 」
Due to recent less than pleasurable experiences, I have updated the commissions and waitlist conduct. As of May 2025 there will be a mandatory 5% deposit of the full, former agreed upon price on Vtuber model SLOTS (Fullbody mode and Chiblet models) to serve as a downpayment for said commission. If said arrangement were to be completed, the commissioner is to pay the rest of the payment (the remaining 95% of full price), and if the commission is CANCELED, the 5% deposit shall serve as a CANCELLATION FEE. If the artist is to terminate the commission due to unexpected turn of events, the deposit will be refunded."
And maybe you add like "i think this is the most reasonable way to determine who is serious and who isn't about commissions, and the most efficient way to not occupy slots by people who will just to bail out at the last second and waste everybodys time. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR UNDERSTANDING!!!"
